The Nike Vaporfly 4 is a high-level racing shoe designed to deliver extremely responsive, lightweight propulsion over medium to long distances. Featuring a full-length carbon fiber Flyplate and ultra-high energy return ZoomX foam, it delivers a smooth and dynamic ride. The engineered mesh upper is ultra-lightweight and wraps the foot with a nearly invisible fit, contributing to a “disappear on foot” experience. The updated outsole uses soft, waffle-patterned rubber for improved grip and smooth transitions. Weighing just ~167g, it's ideal for races from 5K to marathon.
